Beware fossil watch buyers, not good quality

So far I am on wear os fossil watch number 3. The first 2 went into restart loop for no reason. This third one the magnetic charging ring fell off. Been to the fossil shop and they want to charge me £76 to send it off for repair. Average price £300 would think it should be better quality than this. Fossil is a rip off. Their digital watches don't last and cannot even buy a new back cover as they don't sell spare parts. BEWARE IF YOU BUY FROM THEM. Everytime been a hassle to get them to do anything. Even though both the first 2 were faulty.

Not confident with online shoping when it comes to Fossil

I like Fossil watches, I have been wearing them for years and I think prices are affordable, but I am not that confident about their support team and ordering online. I did couple times and every time was someting, waiting for watch to arrive more then it was said.

Not a good experience

Not a good experience, started off well, my order was dispatched quickly but didn’t arrive when expected. I tracked it to find it had been returned to sender due to an address issue. I went on live chat, 35 minutes later I was disconnected as there was suddenly no agents available. Fossil now have the parcel back but cannot resend it I have to reorder. Refund will take 1 week to process. Watch and earrings are now not on offer so will cost over £30 more. Looking through the reviews address issues seem to be a regular thing. I checked my account and all was correct.

Very Poor Quality.

My husband had bought a fossil bag(Taylor FSb CBDY bright pink) from Australia so bag was very precious to me that to of Fossil,I was using occasionally but on third use that to used for short while , all leather got cracked and peeled off without using much Horrible experience even local cheap bags are better .I would like to share picture n tag

I got my refund the problem was solved. I would suggest going into the store and having them order it. Or finding the store closest to you and going in. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online. I do thank you for correcting the error, super polite costumer service. It’s the company they ship with that’s the issue. Going into the store I had even better luck.

The website wont let me input an address for some reason, contacted their support and havent received a response. another lost customer oh well

Do not hesitate to contact Customer care

I love items from Fossil, but my last order went wrong due to an address issue.

Contacting the customer care was the easy part but resolving issues did not go smoothly.

At the end, I managed to speak with someone who cared and got things sorted.

Literally the worst customer service I…

Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to return a backpack that arrived with a deep scratch has been impossible. The person answering the phone is incapable of sending an email with a return label.
